Our field work force is connected to our main office constantly. Living in the age of the digital information super highway, Superior Air integrates the technology of a mobile office in each of their specially equipped service vehicles bringing to you, the customer:

Speed - Service calls are sent wirelessly to our technicians; and, normally arrive in their mobile office within seconds. Your location is displayed on a street level map making your position easy to find in the shortest amount of time. We can even estimate the travel time involved to confirm the technician's time of arrival.

Knowledge - Each call sent includes specifics about your needs: Nature of the problem, Equipment detail, Service history, etc.

Communication - The information you provide our dispatchers can be immediately transmitted via a small wireless modem to inform the technician about access to a building, where to locate a cleanout or any other concerns specific to your request.

On Site Review - Once repairs/installations are complete, an invoice is printed right on the job site. You can review all entries prior to affixing your authorizing signature or pay immediately with a credit card which is scanned in your presence.
